From the Principal

I wish to sincerely thank you for your support this school year. Thank you for entrusting your children to our care. Our students and our teachers honorably embraced all challenges placed before them and have excelled in their endeavors. Congratulations to all for a job well done!

Next year promises to be exciting! Teachers will be trained to use STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) strategies, in order to teach the Standards, making learning more challenging, relevant, creative, and interesting. Students will be taught Spanish and Technology. Our greenhouse will be built, furthering scientific explorations. Community resources and field trips will enrich educational experiences. Feeder school vertical collaboration continues as we work together to create a smooth transition from elementary school, to middle school, to high school, and beyond, for our families.

Join us in 2015-2016 as we continue to mold productive, successful citizens and leaders. I encourage you to offer your time and talents to the students of Goshen Elementary School. We are truly a neighborhood school, so we need every one of you. When our children do better, our community is better. Let's be better than all the rest! Enjoy your children this summer. Have some fun and share a few educational experiences along the way. I am looking forward to beginning the 2015-2016 school year with you.
